Ingredients: Eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, fractionated coconut oil, chamomile oil, vitamin E, Caprylic Capric Triglyceride.
How to use:
- To ease sore muscles, add some oil to your bath or massage onto tight muscles 15 minutes before showering
- For localised swelling, add a few drops of oil to chilled water, wet a cloth in it and wring it out, then place it on desired area. Repeat as needed.
- For pain relief, apply oil to affected area and massage until fully absorbed.
